Southern Exhibition Services has been providing support to the trade show industry for…well, as long as there's been a trade show industry!
Southern Exhibition Services was founded as Dixie Decorating Company in 1955. Over the years, we grew steadily, adding employees and capabilities. After thirty years as Dixie Decorating Company, times were changing and the need for a more contemporary name that better reflected our expanding scope of services was evident. In 1987, the name was changed to Southern Exhibition Services – as we proudly represent the business today.
To date, Southern Exhibition Services supports event planners by providing the infrastructure, furnishings and hands-on support for events large and small throughout the southeast.
Most of our employees have been with us for many years. Everyone on our management team started on the front line. We have hands-on experience and appreciate the hard work and attention to detail required in executing a successful show. We also know what it takes to plan for, and set up an event, and how our clients struggle to control expenses. With today's economy, rising fuel and material costs, this is no easy task. Southern Exhibition Services does everything we can to help our clients stay within budget.
